Please note , this return/refund policy only applies if you have correctly indicated your address when placing your order, you have not indicated a relay point and you were present to receive your order at the address indicated on the purchase order or at the post office (in case of non-presence for receipt at the address indicated). If for any reason, in the event of a no-show, the order has been returned to the sender or destroyed, no refund or exchange will be granted.

After this time, the items will have already been shipped. Items can nevertheless be shipped before this deadline.

You need to make an exchange:
Exchanges are only available on the same item for a size problem. Exchange of a different product is not permitted. We recommend returning your original item for a refund and then placing a new order for the product you want.
